Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Experience in BI/Reporting/Data Analysis
Hands-on with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and dashboarding tools
Strong data validation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred candidate profile

Own weekly/monthly reporting (WBR/MBR) and track key performance metrics
Generate reports and maintain dashboards (Salesforce, Sigma)
Validate data, identify anomalies, and ensure data integrity
Proactively escalate data discrepancies and reporting issues
Support data extraction using Data Loader and troubleshoot mismatches
Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders for reporting alignment

*US Process (Night Shifts)

*5 Days Working

*Immediate Joiners Preferred

*Location- Gurugram

*Both Side Cabs

*Candidate should have all required documents such as- Degree, Certificate, Marksheets, PF (UAN) Slips, Pay slips

*Excellent Communication Skills Required.

*Salesforce (CRM) Experience is mandate.
