Job Description

QC - Microbiology - Job Description

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Experience: 1 to 5 years (Pharma/Healthcare industry preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct water sampling and testing
Perform environmental monitoring in cleanroom and controlled areas
Review and maintain documentation as per GMP and SOP requirements
Execute microbial limit tests for raw materials and finished products
Carry out sterility testing
Prepare accurate reports and support audits/inspections

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of microbiological techniques and regulatory guidelines
Hands-on experience in water sampling, sterility testing, and microbial limit test
Familiarity with GMP, GLP, and documentation practices
Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with QA/QC and production teams

Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field
