Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily operations of the team, ensuring timely delivery of projects and meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations, providing tailored solutions.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of resources.

Job Requirements :

  • 4-5 years' experience in IT services & consulting industry.
  • Strong management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate staff towards achieving goals.
  • Proficiency in KPI monitoring, KRA development, SLA management.
