Job Description
Data Analysts often work independently on simple/medium complex tasks. They tend to take little guidance from seniors while working on complex projects which gives valuable insights to support decision-making within an organization. Their proficiency continues to evolve with ongoing learning and experience
Skills Required
- Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation is required.
Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for dashboard creation and reporting.
analytical programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for advanced data analysis and modeling.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and understanding of sales data structures.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of tackling complex business challenges with a data-driven approach.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams
