Job Description
Job Title: Data Warehouse Architect
Note: Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in Snowflake, AWS, Python, Apache Airflow, SQL, Data Warehouse Architecture and Design. Profiles without these core skills will not be considered.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Data Warehouse Architect to design, build, and optimize scalable enterprise data warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern cloud-based data platforms, data architecture, and data modelling, with hands-on experience in Snowflake and AWS ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance data warehouse solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end development of enterprise data platforms using Snowflake and AWS services.
- Develop and optimize ELT/ETL pipelines using Python, DBT, and Apache Airflow.
- Create and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
- Define data architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
- Optimize data warehouse performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and leadership teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement data quality, data security, and data lineage processes.
- Drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives for enterprise data platforms.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Data Architecture roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake architecture, administration, and optimization.
- Extensive experience working with AWS cloud services.
- Proficiency in Python and advanced SQL development.
- Strong experience designing and implementing data pipelines using Apache Airflow.
- Expertise in Data Modelling (Dimensional Modelling, Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).
- Hands-on experience with DBT for transformation and data modelling.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, architecture patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with performance tuning, query optimization, and large-scale data processing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-native data lake and Lakehouse architectures.
- Exposure to CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- AWS and/or Snowflake certifications are a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and solution design experience.
