Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commissioning Engineer with a strong mechanical engineering background to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of proven expertise in commissioning, installation, and troubleshooting of boilers, rendering equipment, and process plants, with hands-on experience in structural erection and mechanical installation works. Fluency in Hindi is essential for effective coordination with contractors and site teams across India, while English proficiency is desirable. The role demands extensive travel to client sites and close collaboration with project execution teams to deliver safe, efficient, and timely commissioning.

Preferred candidate profile

Lead and execute commissioning activities for rendering plants, boilers, and related mechanical systems.

Supervise structural erection, equipment installation, piping, and alignment works at project sites.

Liaise with design, project management, QA/QC, and client teams for smooth execution.

Prepare, review, and execute commissioning procedures, test plans, checklists, and handover documentation.

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, operational, and integration issues during installation/commissioning.

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards at all times.

Train and mentor junior engineers, technicians, and client operators for successful plant handover.

Provide post-commissioning support for optimization, troubleshooting, and after-sales service.
