L2 Messaging support Proficient

Requirements:
3+ years L2 Messaging Admin (Microsoft)
3+ YoE with different Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Onedrive, Outlook,etc)
Experience with onprem and cloud services
Strong communication skills (very good+)
ITIL oriented troubleshooting
Usage of Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer (2+ YoE)

Responsibilities:
Provide technical Level 2 Support for server infrastructure across domain hardware, virtual systems (e.g., Vmware vSphere), Windows server technologies
-Create, modify or delete user, shared, room, equipment or remote mailbox.
-Restrict or allow mailbox access.
-Create, modify or delete distribution lists.
-Create, modify or delete contacts.
-Check mailbox size via PowerShell.
-Recover a deleted mailbox and associate it with the desired user.
-Analyze proper functionality for Exchange web services via Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer.
-Analyze proper functionality for Outlook connectivity via Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer.
-Enable or disable mailbox audit logging for an individual mailbox.
-Create, modify, or delete journal rules to journal all messages sent from and received by the recipient.
-Enable or disable Exchange online archive for a mailbox.
-Put a mailbox on legal hold to preserve deleted items.
-Use the Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer to validate the ActiveSync Autodiscover and Outlook Autodiscover connectivity is working properly.
-Run administrator role group report.
-Run mailbox litigation hold reports to keep track of the enabled or disabled litigation hold settings to a mailbox.
-Export administrator audit logs to discover who made changes to the organization, server or recipient configuration.
-Run message traces to track a message.
-Use the Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer to test mail flow and MX record (Mail Exchanger DNS records) configuration.
-Check the quarantine section to remove or release messages that reside in the quarantine in the Exchange Admin Center (EAC).
-Put a mailbox on an in-place hold to preserve mailbox items.
-Export the results of a multi-mailbox search to an Outlook data file (PST).
-Export the content of the mailbox into an Outlook data file (PST).
-Import the content from Outlook data file (PST) to mailbox.
-Add or remove IP addresses in Connectors configuration.
-Add or remove IP addresses in Receive Connectors for Relay.
-Validate the email address domains are added to the tenant.
-Maintain and operate Azure Active Directory Connect application.
-Create, modify, or delete user accounts, such as the related permissions and required assigned services and licenses for Microsoft Office 365 online services and add-on services.
-Create, modify, or delete user accounts or reset the related password of a user account (not synchronized from active directory).
-Assign or remove user administrative privileges.
-Verify the service health in the Microsoft Office 365 online services portal.
-Verify the planned maintenance in the Microsoft Office 365 online services portal.
-Edit the organizations profile in the Microsoft Office 365 online services portal.
-Maintain organizations certificates required for the services.
-Provide third level support and administration for Microsoft Office 365 online services: Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, License management, Teams.
-Maintain individual groups, group owners, group members and group settings.
-Maintain Office 365 groups configuration and permissions.
-Restore deleted groups or groups associated with a plan in Office 365 groups.
-Perform changes, updating the configuration and security policies for the Office 365 Collaboration Services.
-Maintain OneDrive for Business sync, share, and store functionality.
-Create OneDrive for Business usage and activity reports.
-Granting SharePoint access and permissions.
-Activating/deactivating SharePoint features.
-Creating new sites based on existing templates.
-Change site configuration settings.
-Maintain Teams federation with external domains.
-Assign and unassign user licenses based on their roles and needed features.

Required Languages:
Advanced English 80-95%
