We Are Hiring Multiple Office Positions


We are an established business operating in the Tea & Coffee industry across Russia, Ukraine, and CIS countries, with a strong presence in sourcing, packaging, and distribution of quality beverages.

As part of our global expansion strategy, we are entering the Indian market and setting up a state-of-the-art tea and coffee packaging factory in Budaun, Uttar Pradesh, India. This facility will focus on packaging, quality control, sales, and nationwide distribution for the Indian market.

India being the heart of tea and a rapidly growing coffee market, we aim to build a long-term, professionally managed FMCG operation with strong systems, ethical practices, and growth-driven opportunities for our team.

ACCOUNTS & FINANCE DEPARTMENT

1 Accountant / Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day accounting entries
  • Tally ERP / Tally Prime handling
  • GST, TDS, Income Tax basics
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Purchase & sales entries
  • Invoice generation
  • Expense tracking
  • Ledger maintenance

Requirements:

  • B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter (preferred)
  • 8 years experience
  • Knowledge of GST compliance
  • Excel & accounting software proficiency

2 Accounts Manager / Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:

  • Finalization of accounts
  • GST returns & compliance
  • Monthly/quarterly financial reports
  • Audit coordination
  • Cash flow management
  • Vendor & payment management

Requirements:

  • Strong GST & compliance knowledge
  • FMCG experience preferred

SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

3 Sales Executive / Sales Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Dealer & distributor visits
  • Market expansion
  • Order collection
  • Achieving monthly targets
  • Relationship management
  • Market feedback reporting

Requirements:

  • Graduate preferred
  • Field sales experience (FMCG preferred)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to travel

4 Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Managing sales team
  • Distributor appointment
  • Target planning & execution
  • Market strategy implementation
  • Sales performance analysis
  • Reporting to management

Requirements:

  • 12 years FMCG sales experience
  • Leadership & team handling skills
  • Strong market knowledge

5 Inside Sales / Tele Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Lead follow-ups
  • Phone & WhatsApp sales
  • Order confirmations
  • CRM updates
  • Customer coordination

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Sales experience preferred

IT & DIGITAL DEPARTMENT

6 IT Executive / System Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Office system & network maintenance
  • Hardware & software troubleshooting
  • Data backup & security
  • Email & server management
  • IT support for staff

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in IT / Computer Science
  • 8 years experience
  • Basic networking knowledge

7 Website & E-Commerce Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Website management
  • Product uploads & updates
  • Order & backend handling
  • Website performance monitoring
  • Coordination with developers

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of WordPress / Shopify
  • Basic HTML & backend understanding
  • E-commerce experience preferred

8 Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Social media management
  • Ads (Google, Meta)
  • Content coordination
  • Lead generation campaigns
  • Analytics & reporting

Requirements:

  • Digital marketing experience
  • Basic design & content understanding
  • FMCG branding knowledge is a plus
