Senior Sourcing Analyst @ GEP

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to optimize spend analysis, category management, and supplier selection across multiple categories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop RFQs (Requests for Quotation) or RFXs (Requests for Proposal) for procurement of goods and services.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and supplier performance to inform sourcing decisions and negotiate contracts that deliver cost savings without compromising quality.
• Manage the end-to-end source-to-pay process from request through payment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products/services while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in global sourcing or procurement role within IT Services & Consulting industry.
• Strong expertise in spend analysis, category management, RFQ/RFX creation, negotiation skills with suppliers.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets to drive insights on supplier performance and market trends.
