Job Description

SAP LMS Consultant:


Lead the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS). Partner with HR, L&D, and IT teams to deliver learning solutions that drive employee development, compliance, and engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure LMS componentslearning items, catalogs, curricula, programs, assignments, assessments, and completion rules.
  • Design workflows, approval processes, email notifications, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP) for administrators, instructors, learners, and managers.
  • Upload and manage content (SCORM/xAPI), instructor-led training (ILT), virtual sessions, version control, scheduling, and content deactivation.
  • Support full implementation lifecyclegather requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, data migration, integration (EC, PMGM, Compensation), UAT, cutover, and go-live support.
  • Troubleshoot system or user issues, ensure data integrity, and coordinate with technical teams or SAP support.
  • Develop, schedule, and maintain dashboards and reports using Ad Hoc, Online Report Designer (ORD), Canvas, People Analytics, BIRT/PRD.
  • Deliver user training, develop end-user guides, and provide ongoing functional support.
  • Conduct system maintenance, upgrades, best practices reviews, and stay current with SAP SuccessFactors release updates.

Required Skills & Experience:


  • 38 years of hands-on SF LMS experience, including full-cycle implementation, support, and enhancements.
  • Strong LMS configuration: learning items, curricula, catalogs, assignments, assessments, workflows, approvals, and compliance courses.
  • Deep understanding of Role-Based Permissions (RBP)setup, templates, and security models.
  • Proficient in content standards (SCORM, xAPI), ILT and virtual session setup, connectors/integrators (WebEx, Zoom), XML import/export.
  • Excellent reporting skills using SF reporting tools: Ad Hoc, ORD, Canvas, People Analytics, BIRT/PRD.
  • Integration experience with SF modules (Employee Central, PMGM, Comp, Succession) and 3rd-party platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with a keen eye for data accuracy and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, training delivery, and stakeholder management abilities.
