Job Title: Customer Tele Sales Executive
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
About Us
We are a construction company looking for a motivated and professional Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and manage inbound calls from clients professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about company services.
- Maintain and update customer records and databases accurately.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to support sales activities.
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Good command of basic English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in sales, tele calling, customer service, or call handling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office, email, and data management.
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
- Organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the construction or real estate industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
