Job Title: Social Media and Content Distribution Executive
Location: Kolkata (Hybrid / WFO / WFH as per business needs)
Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years

Role Summary
We are looking for a Social Media Executive and Content Distribution Executive who can manage social media presence across multiple business units and platforms. The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, coordinating, scheduling, and publishing regular content on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
The marketing head will provide keywords, website pages, blogs, campaign direction, and priority topics. The candidate must convert these inputs into social media posts, graphics, short videos, captions, hashtags, and publishing calendars. The candidate will coordinate with the graphic designer and video editor whenever creative support is needed.

- Ability to convert blogs and website pages into social media content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar creative tools.
- Basic understanding of reels, shorts, video captions, thumbnails, and YouTube uploads.
- Ability to coordinate with graphic designers and video editors.
- Good proofreading and attention to detail.
- Ability to post regularly and maintain consistency.
