Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Review purchase requisitions and identify suppliers
  • Resolve PO/PR processing issues
  • Select suppliers/contracts under approved strategies
  • Create purchase orders per client guidelines
  • Maintain and update vendor master records
  • Coordinate with suppliers and end users on invoices, shipping, and returns

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: 2-3 years in procurement or purchasing operations
  • Education: Any graduate degree
  • Skills & Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of purchasing processes
  • Familiarity with P2P (Procure-to-Pay) tools and end-user functionality
  • Effective communication with stakeholders and suppliers
  • Problem-solving ability to resolve PO/PR issues, invoice disputes, and shipping delays.
