Senior IT Project Manager Insurance Domain (Immediate Joiner )

Location: Hyderabad / Chennai (Hybrid)

Experience: 10- 15+ Years

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Proven track record managing large-scale enterprise application development and system integration projects.
• Strong understanding of healthcare insurance operations, including:
• Enrollment & Membership
• Claims Processing
• Benefits Administration
• Provider Management
• Eligibility & Billing
• Healthcare System Integrations
• Expertise in:
• Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC)
• Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Project Governance
• Risk & Change Management
• Budget Planning & Forecasting
• Vendor Management
• Resource Management
• Enterprise System Integration
• Application Modernization
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar project budgets and financial forecasts.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience working in Waterfall or Hybrid project delivery environments.

Preferred Project Experience

• Enterprise application integration programs.
• Legacy modernization initiatives.
• Digital transformation programs.
• Core platform migrations.
• Policy administration system implementations.
• Data integration and system interoperability projects.

Preferred Qualifications

Industry Experience

• Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting:
• Policy Administration Systems
• Claims Management Systems
• Underwriting Platforms
• Insurance Operations Workflows
• Financial Services industry experience will also be considered.
