Job Title: Medical Coding Trainer.
Work Location : Guindy, Chennai.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Should have overall 7+ years of experience in Coding
- Should have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Should have been in trainer role for at least 4 years with fresher and lateral batches. CPC batch training has an added advantage.
- Holding at least one credential of AAPC (CPC, COC) or Ahima (CCS-P, CCS). CEMC has added advantage
- Should have developed training contents and modules
- Should have worked on training need analysis and creation of training plan.
- Should conduct refresher sessions and monthly tests to the team.
- Should share the training report to the management.
- Should have worked on Pilots and transitions
- Should know Multispecialty outpatient & inpatient E/M and Surgery and Anesthesia Coding and Denial Management. Knowing IP-DRG and HCC are an added advantage.
