Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore
Salary: 15,000 - 25,000 per month (Based on performance & interview) + Incentives
Employment Type: Full-time, Office Based
Timing: 10:00am - 7:00pm (Monday- Saturday)1st and 3rd Saturday - Holiday
For Women Candidates only. Preference will be given to candidates with flexibility and no domestic constraints affecting work commitments
Role & responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and send emails to potential customers to introduce the company's products and services every day
- Follow up with leads regularly through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to keep the conversation going and move them closer to a decision
- Understand customer needs by asking the right questions and suggesting the best-fit product or solution
- Conduct product demos over call or video to walk prospects through how the software/service works and its key benefits
- Update the CRM tool daily with call notes, lead status, and next follow-up dates to keep the pipeline organized.
- Coordinate with internal teams like operations or accounts to ensure smooth handover once a client is ready to onboard
- Learn and stay updated on the company's products, pricing, and competitors so you can answer prospect questions confidently
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation in BBA / B.Com / Any Degree with interest in Sales.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic understanding of IT/Software concepts (CRM / ERP preferred).
- Passion for sales, customer engagement, and learning.
