Position: Customer Support Executive Travel Process & Air Ticketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to flight bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Assist customers with air ticket reservations and itinerary changes.
- Provide information on fares, baggage policies, refunds, and travel guidelines.
- Resolve customer concerns through calls, emails, and chat support.
- Coordinate with airlines and internal teams to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in Travel Process, Air Ticketing, or Customer Support.
- Knowledge of GDS tools (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Eligibility:
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply (experience preferred for air ticketing roles).
- Graduation preferred.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
