Your Role
- Perform manual and/or automated testing of applications to ensure product quality.
- Create and execute end-to-end automation test scenarios for functional and regression testing.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and Japanese stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Participate in requirement discussions and provide testing insights through effective bilingual (Japanese-English) communication.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables by integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines and following best practices.
Your Profile
- 4-10 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
- Proficiency in Japanese language (B2 / C1 level preferred) with ability to communicate with stakeholders.
- JLPT Certification: N3 / N2 / N1 mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in test frameworks, with understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work in a bilingual environment (Japanese English).
