Job Description
Role: GenAI Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI and Machine Learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Work on Natural Language Processing (NLP) use cases and develop intelligent solutions.
- Understand and implement advanced AI concepts such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), neural networks, and other machine learning techniques.
- Evaluate and leverage various AI platforms, with a clear understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
- Build, optimize, and improve models to enhance performance and accuracy.
- Deploy AI/ML models into production environments and ensure scalability and reliability.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong experience with AI and Machine Learning algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with NLP techniques and applications.
- Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of RAG architecture, neural networks, and modern AI/ML concepts.
- Ability to design, develop, and implement AI models in end-to-end.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional if you want to include)
- Experience with end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle and model deployment.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is an added advantage.
- Experience in handling large datasets and scalable systems.
