Role Summary: Serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, analyzing current application workflows and documenting end-to-end processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct stakeholder discussions and facilitate workshops.
Document business processes, pain points, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the Technical Architect to align business and technical requirements.
Contribute to discovery phase deliverables (BRD, FRD, process maps).
Skills Experience:
6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Familiarity with Salesforce capabilities and limitations.
