Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain capacity plans to ensure optimal resource allocation across various business units.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies for workforce planning, forecasting, and resource management.
- Analyze data to optimize staffing levels, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency in the organization.
- Provide insights on future demand patterns, trends, and potential risks to inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in capacity planning or a related field (e.g., workforce planning).
- Strong understanding of financial analysis principles and ability to apply them to complex problems.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel or similar software for data modeling and forecasting.
