Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to improve their performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals.
Analyze and resolve complex problems using critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in IT Enabled Services/BPO, preferably in a mentoring or coaching role.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience working with international teams and clients is an added advantage.
