Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to improve their performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Analyze and resolve complex problems using critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT Enabled Services/BPO, preferably in a mentoring or coaching role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working with international teams and clients is an added advantage.
