Position - Circle HR Manager
Experience - 10 to 15 years
Location - Raipur, Nagpur, Nasik
Education - MBA - HR
Job Profile
- Drive circle-level recruitment & manpower planning
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance etc.
- Manage contract labour, wages, bonus & statutory compliance
- Lead labour inspections & ensure 100% compliance adherence
- Responsible for managing all aspects of human resource functions like hiring, confirmation, transfer & promotion and payroll administration and organization management for the circle.
- Grievance handling by close interaction with the employees on regular basis.
- Must have sound knowledge about HR policies and should be fully well versed in all statutory laws and regulations.
- Should also be able to deal with the government authorities effectively to ensure all statutory compliance requirements
- Must be proactive in identifying the gaps, liasoning with corporate as well as the circle operation team .
- Retain through effective employee engagement programs as well as though implementation of training & development programs.
