Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Associate MarCom Support to assist the marketing team in on-ground branding and vendor coordination activities. This role requires extensive travel and hands-on involvement in execution across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate with multiple vendors for branding and marketing activities
- Conduct recce visits to identify and evaluate Point of Sale (POS) branding opportunities
- Ensure end-to-end deployment of branding elements (hoardings, kiosks, signage, etc.)
- Monitor quality and timely execution of all branding activities
- Raise and manage PR/PO processes in coordination with internal teams
- Verify and approve vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintain proper documentation and trackers for all activities
- Coordinate internally with marketing and finance teams for smooth execution
Travel Requirement
Extensive field travel (~90%) across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane
Candidate must be comfortable with daily on-ground movement
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in similar execution-heavy roles
- Preferred industries: Telecom, FMCG, or General Trade-driven sectors
Skills & Requirements:
- Fluency in Marathi (mandatory)
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driving licence
- Strong vendor management and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with ERP systems / Tally access preferred
- Good organisational and follow-up skills

- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable working in a field-intensive role
- Strong execution mindset with problem-solving ability
- Prior experience in on-ground branding / BTL activities is highly desirable
