Hiring: Cybersecurity Experts !!

SailPoint Support Engineer (IdentityIQ) | Bangalore

Location: Bangalore (Relocation accepted)
Work Mode: 100% Onsite (No WFH)
Work Environment: Secure "Clean Room" setup (24/7 rotational shifts)

Role: SailPoint Support Engineer (Level A / SA)

We are looking for experienced professionals to support SailPoint IdentityIQ in a high-security, enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support SailPoint IdentityIQ operations (L2/L3 support)
  • Manage and troubleshoot:
    • Account aggregation processes
    • Provisioning workflows
    • Access certifications
    • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Monitor logs and diagnose system-level failures
  • Handle incidents, problems, and changes following ITIL processes
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams in a 24/7 support model
Required Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ support
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts and workflows
  • Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and log analysis skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting large enterprise IAM environments
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow/JIRA or similar ticketing tools
  • Experience in regulated / high-security environments
Soft Skills
  • Strong ownership and accountability
  • Ability to stay calm under incident pressure
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline
  • Collaborative and service-focused mindset
Important Notes
  • Work from office is mandatory (No WFH)
  • Role requires working in a secure ODC (Clean Room)
  • Must be flexible for 24/7 rotational shifts
