Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for desktop and LAN issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to Active Directory, printers, and other hardware devices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate critical issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Document customer interactions using CRM software for accurate tracking and reporting.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of international voice processes and technical troubleshooting techniques.
  • Proficiency in desktop support, LAN troubleshooting, printer support, and basic computer hardware maintenance.Contact - 9886873***
