Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for desktop and LAN issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to Active Directory, printers, and other hardware devices.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate critical issues and ensure timely resolution.
Document customer interactions using CRM software for accurate tracking and reporting.

Job Requirements :

1-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of international voice processes and technical troubleshooting techniques.
Proficiency in desktop support, LAN troubleshooting, printer support, and basic computer hardware maintenance.Contact - 9886873***
