Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Trainees (B.Tech Computer Science, 2025/2026 graduates) to join our SAP SuccessFactors team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in Cloud HCM solutions and HR technology
As a trainee, you will undergo structured learning, hands-on project exposure, and mentorship to develop into a functional/technical consultant specializing in SAP SuccessFactors

1. SAP SuccessFactors (Functional Exposure)
- Employee Central (Core HR)
- Time Off / Time Tracking
- Recruiting & Onboarding
- Compensation basics
Key Skills Required
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of:
- Programming fundamentals (Java / Python preferred)
- APIs & web services (REST/SOAP basics)
- Data structures and logic building
- Knowledge of:
- SQL basics (queries, joins)
- XML / JSON formats
- Understanding of:
- Cloud concepts (SaaS basics)
Functional & Domain Skills
- Interest in HR processes (HCM domain)
- Basic knowledge of:
- Payroll concepts (gross pay, net pay, deductions)
- Employee lifecycle
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Soft Skills
- Strong communication (written & verbal)
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Attention to detail
- Team collaboration mindset
- Time management
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech / B.E in Computer Science or related field
- Passed out in 2025 or 2026
- Minimum academic performance as per hiring standards
- No prior experience required (freshers welcome)
