Walk-in Drive at Rivera Manpower Services Technical Support Advisor

Location: Bangalore
Shift: US Shift
CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA - 5.5lac

Eligibility:

• B.E / B.Tech / BCA / MCA Freshers can apply
• Graduates or Undergraduates with 1 year of Technical Support experience can apply
• Excellent communication skills mandatory
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
• Immediate joiners preferred

Role: Technical Support Advisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
• Provide support for Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network-related issues
• Assist users with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft products
• Handle customer queries through calls, chat, and email support
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher support teams
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions accurately
• Ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction
• Adhere to quality and productivity metrics

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft applications
• Basic networking concepts
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and customer-handling abilities
