 Credit Card Sales Manager

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets in credit card sales.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales performance, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance relationships with clients.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the team on product knowledge, selling techniques, and soft skills development.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements :

  • 0-3 years of experience in banking sales or related field (preferably in credit card sales).
  • Strong understanding of financial products such as credit cards and ability to communicate effectively about their features and benefits.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers over phone calls or face-to-face interactions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective goal-setting, planning, execution, and follow-up.
