Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Enrollment Testing Professionals with strong expertise in Facets Membership/Enrollment modules and Healthcare Payer domain. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Enrollment testing, EDI transactions, TOSCA Automation, and SQL, with deep knowledge of healthcare enrollment processes across Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, Duals/MMP, TRICARE, and Marketplace lines of business.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end testing of Facets Membership and Enrollment modules.
- Validate EDI 834 Benefit Enrollment & Maintenance transactions and associated enrollment workflows.
- Test member enrollment scenarios including add, change, termination, dependent management, and dual-enrollment cases.
- Validate 820 Premium Payment transactions and related enrollment impacts.
- Perform eligibility verification and cross-validation using 270/271 transactions.
- Conduct enrollment reconciliation between source systems, enrollment databases, claims systems, and eligibility platforms.
- Validate effective dates, plan codes, benefit plans, and Line of Business (LOB) configurations.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using TOSCA or similar automation tools.
- Create test cases, test data, defect reports, and test execution reports.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Facets Enrollment/Membership Module Testing.
- Expertise in X12 EDI 834 transactions and enrollment workflows.
- Experience in Enrollment Data Validation and Reconciliation.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for backend data validation.
- Hands-on experience with TOSCA Automation or equivalent automation tools.
- Experience validating 820 Premium Payment transactions.
- Knowledge of 270/271 Eligibility Verification processes.
- Understanding of member configuration, subscriber maintenance, and enrollment lifecycle management.
