Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our Financial Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting investment products, managing client relationships, and driving business growth through wealth management solutions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, referrals, networking, and client meetings.
- Acquire and onboard new clients for investment and financial products.
- Promote Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, PMS, Bonds, and other wealth management products.
- Understand customer financial goals and recommend suitable investment solutions.
- Cross-sell and upsell financial products to existing clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail, affluent, and HNI clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings and portfolio review discussions.
- Update clients on market trends, NFOs, IPOs, investment opportunities, and research recommendations.
- Organize investor awareness programs, seminars, and branch promotional activities.
- Assist clients with documentation, KYC, and investment application processes.
- Ensure client retention and enhancement of Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Maintain CRM records and submit daily sales activity reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch revenue growth.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1 to 10+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Stock Broking, Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, or BFSI Sales.
- Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, PMS, Bonds, and investment products.
- Proven experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-centric and target-driven approach.
- Ability to build and manage long-term client relationships.
- Experience in direct sales, field sales, wealth management, or financial advisory roles will be preferred.
- NISM Mutual Fund Distributor Certification, Financial Advisory Certification, or relevant BFSI certifications will be an added advantage.
