Job Description
Role Summary
The Software Support & Implementation Engineer will support the deployment, configuration, and day-to-day operation of software applications used in healthcare environments. The role involves system setup, troubleshooting application, hardware, and network-related issues, monitoring system performance, and supporting end users to ensure stable, reliable, and efficient system usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation, configuration, deployment, and ongoing support of software systems
- Provide first-level technical support to end users by diagnosing and resolving application, hardware, system, and network-related issues
- Monitor system and application performance to ensure uptime, reliability, and timely issue escalation
- Collaborate with internal teams to support system integration, issue resolution, and smooth operational functioning
- Conduct and support end-user training to enable effective use of the system
- Prepare and maintain basic user documentation and support records
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, or a related field
(BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, B. Tech, MCA) - Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant internship or academic project exposure are welcome to apply
Technical Skills
- Operating Systems: Windows and Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS)
- Troubleshooting: Understanding of system and network issue diagnosis
- Programming: Working knowledge of Core Java
- Databases: PostgreSQL and SQL
- Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
Behavioural Competencies
- Clear communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Willingness to work in an on-site, team-based environment
Additional Information
- This is an on-site role based in New Delhi, involving interaction with healthcare professionals and operational environments.
- Training and guidance will be provided during onboarding
