  • Handle inbound customer interactions through calls, chat, or email.

Travel Process Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Handle flight, hotel, and travel booking inquiries.
  • Process cancellations, modifications, and refunds.
  • Assist customers with ticketing and itinerary changes.
  • Deliver support through voice, chat, and email channels.

Preferred:

  • Experience with GDS tools such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.

Insurance Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with policy information, claims status, renewals, and coverage details.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain documentation and customer records.
  • Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
