Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Messaging, and Identity Management technologies. The candidate should have hands-on technical skills, strong scripting and automation experience, team management capabilities, and an AI-first mindset to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive environments.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues related to Microsoft infrastructure and messaging services.
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
- Support and manage Zscaler and Cisco SSE solutions, including integrations and operational support.
- Handle technical escalations, ticket prioritization, and service delivery activities.
- Drive incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring high service quality and team development.
- Collaborate with Cloud, Security, Network, and Service Desk teams to deliver reliable IT services.
- Promote automation, AI-driven solutions, and continuous process improvement.
Required Skills
- 10-15 years of experience in Active Directory, Messaging, and Microsoft technologies.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Active Directory (AD), Azure AD / Entra ID
- Microsoft 365, Exchange Online
- Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
- DNS, DHCP, Group Policies (GPO)
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Experience supporting Zscaler and Cisco SSE environments.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and service management.
- Experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- AI-native mindset with a focus on automation and operational efficiency.
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft 365 / Azure Certifications
- ITIL Foundation
- Zscaler or Cisco Security Certifications
