Experienced Tele Calling Sales Executive (Work From Home)
We are currently hiring experienced tele-callers only for our company. This is a pure incentive-based sales job, and there is no fixed salary. However, if you are skilled at sales and perform well, we can confidently say that you can earn between 15,000 and 30,000 per month, and top performers can earn even more.
Job Responsibilities
- Attend incoming and outgoing sales calls throughout the day.
- Handle approximately 200250 calls daily.
- Sell Ayurvedic and wellness products to customers.
- Follow the company's sales process and guidelines.
Experience Required
- We are looking for candidates who have prior experience in sales or tele-calling.
- Freshers are not eligible for this position.
- Candidates should understand professionalism and have good communication skills.
Recruitment Process
If you apply now, we will review applications and start responding from 1st July onwards. Our team will contact shortlisted candidates during the first week of July.
Before starting work, every candidate must:
- Clear the company's assessment/exam.
- Complete the required training program.
- Successfully pass all selection rounds.
The complete hiring and training process may take approximately 45 days, depending on individual performance.
Only candidates who successfully complete all stages will secure a position with the company.
Working Hours
- 10 hours total per day.
- 1-hour break included.
- 9 hours of active working time.
- 100% Work From Home.
Payment Structure
This is a pure incentive-based role. Full details will be explained after clearing the selection process.
If you start working with us in July, your earnings for July will be paid in August. Our payment cycle is between the 15th and 20th of every month.
How Incentives Are Calculated
You will receive incentives only on successfully delivered orders, not on total orders booked.
For example:
- If you book 1,500 orders in a month but only 600 orders are successfully delivered, you will receive incentives only for the 600 delivered orders.
- Orders that are returned or not delivered do not generate revenue for the company, therefore no incentive can be paid on those orders.
Company Support
The company will provide:
- Official calling number
- Customer leads and phone numbers
- Software and CRM access
- Product information and training
- Complete operational support
You do not need to use your personal number, invest any money, or purchase anything to start working.
However, if you plan to work with us long-term, we recommend building relationships with your customers. This can help generate repeat orders and improve your future earnings.
