Senior Software Test Engineer @ Smiths

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Software Test Engineer to join our team at Smiths Group plc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibility

• Design and develop comprehensive test plans and cases for software applications.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.


• Develop and execute automated tests using various tools and technologies.


• Analyze and report defects found during testing, working with development teams to resolve issues.


• Participate in agile development methodologies, providing feedback on product quality and suggesting improvements.


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing.

Job Requirements

• Experience with automated testing tools and technologies, such as Selenium or Appium.
