Lead end-to-end Data Warehouse Testing (DWT) initiatives across multiple projects, ensuring high data quality and integrity.Design, plan, and execute test strategies and test plans for data warehouse and ETL components based on business and technical requirements.Validate data mapping, data transformations, aggregations, and data movement from source to staging, DWH, and downstream systems.Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases, test scenarios, and test data sets for DWT and ETL testing.Perform functional, regression, system integration, and user acceptance support testing for data warehouse solutions.Analyze complex SQL queries and datasets to identify data discrepancies, defects, and root causes.Collaborate with ETL developers, data modelers, and business analysts to clarify requirements and resolve defects efficiently.Establish and enforce quality standards, best practices, and processes for data testing within the team.Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior testers, guiding them on DWT and ETL testing techniques and tools.Prepare clear test reports, defect metrics, and quality dashboards for stakeholders and project leadership.Participate in design and code review discussions from a quality perspective, highlighting potential data quality risks.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely test execution and alignment with project timelines and release plans.Position will be based on business requirements across locations.
