Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams including procurement,civil, electrical, and operations
Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project or equivalent tools
Track milestones, deliverables, and project KPIs; escalate delays proactively
Prepare project status reports, MOM (minutes of meetings), and action trackers
Coordinate with government agencies (GPCB, Nagarpalika, Discom) for regulatory
approvals and NOCs
Manage vendor coordination for equipment supply, installation, and commissioning
Maintain project documentation including contracts, drawings, test reports, and
handover checklists
Assist in preparing project proposals, feasibility reports, and cost-benefit analyses
Support capex tracking, budget monitoring, and project cost reports
Coordinate site visits, inspections, and stakeholder walkthroughs
