Job Description

    Position: Senior Sales Executive

    Reporting to: Area Sales Manager

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets (sq.ft. & value)
    • Generate and convert project enquiries; focus on project sales
    • Cover architects, builders, contractors, and government projects
    • Identify upcoming projects and maintain an active sales pipeline
    • Provide product, application, and basic technical guidance
    • Coordinate orders, site execution, and deliveries with internal teams
    • Conduct site visits, demos, and sample coordination
    • Submit daily reports, maintain CRM, and share market feedback
    • Follow up on documentation and collections as guided by ASM


    Experience & Qualification:

    • 3-6 years in building materials or construction product sales
    • Diploma / Graduate (Engineering or Architecture preferred)
    • Willingness to travel extensively
    • Valid two- or four-wheeler driving license
