Job role : Design Engineer

Required Work Exp Min 4 year to 7+yrs

Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Design Engineer- Ultra Sonic Washing Machine Designing to lead the development of multi-stage, fully automatic industrial washing machines incorporating ultrasonic technology and automated gantry systems to our reputed client based in pune.

Key Responsibilities: Candidate must have hands on experience on Ultra Sonic Multi Stage,Fully Automatic with Gantry Industrial Washing Machine Design,

• Machine Architecture: Design and draft custom Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and multi-stage washing systems using Solid Works, Solid Edge, and AutoCAD.
• Automation & Robotics: Integrate Cartesian gantry systems for automated material handling across process stages.
• Ultrasonic Integration: Lead the technical selection, placement, and matching of ultrasonic transducers and generators.
• Fluid & Thermal Systems: Design stainless steel jacketed tanks, efficient heating elements, and robust fluid filtration systems (including pump sizing and selection).
• Process Control: Develop and integrate automated pH measurement, monitoring, and chemical dosing systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with manufacturing and production teams to ensure design for manufacturability (DFM) and peak machine performance.
• Experience: Proven hands-on track record in designing fully automatic, multi-stage industrial washing machines with gantry robotics.
• Software: Advanced proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks/Solid Edge) and 2D drafting (AutoCAD).
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of automation principles, SPM design, and ultrasonic cavitation dynamics.
• Engineering Skills: Strong knowledge of filtration mechanics, pump hydraulics, thermal design, and automated chemical control systems.
• Attributes: Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
• BE/B.Tech Mechanical background
