1.Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for home loan sales.
2.Develop and execute strategies to increase mortgage business through channel partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions.

Required Candidate profile

1-6 years of experience in home loan sales or related field (NBFC).
Achieve sales targets for home loans through a network of DSAs.
