Job Description
We seek an experienced, professional Cloud Administrator to join our Pune, India office. This role is responsible for deploying and administering a cloud-based computing platform within ZS. ;;
What Youll Do: As an Cloud Administrator in the Enterprise you will -
- Manage day-to-day operations of AWS infrastructure across multiple accounts and environments (Prod, Stage, Dev).
- Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EMR, CloudWatch, and IAM.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of cloud-based applications.
- Monitor system health, utilization, and cost metrics using AWS-native tools (CloudWatch, Cost Explorer, etc.).
- Perform regular operational activities including access management, resource optimization, patching coordination, and service requests.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Data teams to enable secure and scalable cloud architectures.
- Support infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform modules and templates.
- Assist in maintaining consistency between desired and actual cloud states (drift detection and remediation)
- Contribute to automation of repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines to enable infrastructure deployment and updates

What Youll Bring ;
- Bachelor's Degree in CS, IT or EE with record of high academic achievement. ;
- 1-3 years of experience in AWS and on-premise infrastructure security administration. ;
- Experience on participating MLPS and understanding of related controls is a plus. ;
- Possess strong verbal, written and team presentation communication skills. ;
- Ability to work within a global (US and India) team environment and contribute to the overall timely delivery of multiple projects. ;
- Fluency in English;
