Job Description

Select Source International hiring US HR Executive (Onboarding)

Experience: 6 months to 1 year (only relevant experience profiles will be contacted)

Location: Gurgaon/Indore (onsite 5 days)

Shift: Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with candidates to complete onboarding documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including Form I-9, tax forms, and document verification requirements.
Facilitate the initiation and completion of background checks, drug screenings.
Schedule and coordinate orientation and training sessions for candidates prior to the commencement of assignments.
Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies throughout the onboarding process.
Collaborate effectively with multiple internal departments to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding experience.
Monitor onboarding progress and maintain accurate records.
