iEnergizer is hiring enthusiastic and dynamic HR Executives to join our HR Business Partner (HRBP) Team in Noida. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

Manage employee engagement and employee relations activities.
Conduct induction and onboarding for new hires.
Support daily HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
Coordinate HR activities with employees and stakeholders.
Maintain HR records, documentation, and policy compliance.
Assist in organizing engagement initiatives and HR events.

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline
Excellent communication skills (mandatory)
Basic understanding of Employee Relations & Employee Engagement
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Details:

Fixed Day Shift
5 Days Working
Salary: Up to 24,000 per month
Immediate Joiners Preferred
