Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Central Finance implementation projects, from requirements gathering through to deployment and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand finance transformation objectives and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Design, configure, and customize Central Finance solutions, including SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation), Central Payments, Central Reporting, and integration with source systems.
- Manage data mapping, data migration, and data replication processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for business users and project team members.
- Develop detailed documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and test scripts.
- Support cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare phases to ensure smooth transitions and minimal business disruption.
- Work with cross-functional teams (FI/CO, MM, SD, IT, etc.) to ensure seamless integration and alignment with overall business architecture.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP S/4HANA capabilities, roadmaps, and best practices, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- 10+ years of experience in SAP Financials, with at least 2 to 3 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Central Finance implementation projects.
- In-depth knowledge of core S/4HANA Finance modules (FI, CO) and related processes.
- Strong experience with SAP SLT, data replication, and integration technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration).
- Proven ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global, cross-functional team.
- Should have been involved in end to end Data migration lifecycle
- Experience with Central Payments, Central Reporting, and Group Reporting in S/4HANA.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, IFRS) and financial controls.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing capabilities.
- Willingness to travel as required by project demands.
