L&t Finance Is Hiring: Business Manager, Housing Finance - Navi Mumbai @ Larsen & Toubro

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

• DSA Empanelment: Identify and onboard high-potential Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and connectors to expand the sourcing network.
• Builder Tie-ups: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with local real estate developers to secure Approved Project (APF) status and exclusive sourcing rights.
• Relationship Governance: Conduct regular visits to DSA, builder and connector offices to generate business.
• Productivity Benchmarks: Meet monthly disbursement targets while optimizing the Yield (IRR) and processing fee collection.
• Technical & Legal Coordination: Facilitate property valuations and legal search reports by coordinating between builders, customers, and empaneled vendors.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduate mandatory. MBA Freshers looking to kickstart their career in banking/NBFC sales are highly encouraged to apply.
• Experience: 0 to 12 months. Experience in Home Loans (HL) or Loan Against Property (LAP) is a massive advantage.
• Traits: Strong communication, networking abilities, and a high level of ethical conduct.
