We are hiring for International Voice Support roles in the travel and hospitality domain. Candidates will handle inbound and outbound calls with global customers, ensuring excellent service delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support for international travel and hospitality clients
  • Resolve queries with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain high standards of communication and service quality

Candidate Requirements

  • Graduate fresher OR Undergraduate with minimum 6 months international process experience
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken English proficiency mandatory)
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Work Schedule

  • 5 days working
  • 2 days rotational off
  • Rotational shifts
