Job Description

Process: Poonawala Fincorp Telecaller

Qualification: Graduates / Undergraduates

Experience: Open to Freshers and Experienced candidates

Salary:

Fresher- Upto 14,000 (In-hand) + Incentives
Experiance:- Upto 16,000 (In-hand) + Incentives
Salary for experienced candidates will be based on current CTC and performance in the interview

Skill Required: Good Communication Skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
Resolve customer queries and complaints with appropriate solutions

Requirements:

Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle pressure and work in rotational shifts
Immediate joiners preferred

Shift Timings: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
