Job Description

Workflow Optimization: Monitor the daily patient journey from registration and initial triage to consultation, diagnostics, and billing to reduce bottlenecks

Appointment Management: Oversee doctor consultation schedules, manage walk-ins, and ensure timely communication regarding schedule changes or delays

Team Supervision: Train, supervise, and roster front-office staff, nursing personnel, and clinic coordinators

Interdepartmental Liaison: Bridge the gap between the OPD and other hospital units (e.g., Pharmacy, Laboratory, Inpatient/IPD) to guarantee continuity of care

Customer Service: Address patient queries, assist with navigation, and ensure a welcoming, organized environment.

Complaint Resolution: Handle patient feedback and escalate complicated issues to higher administration to maintain service quality

Billing & Insurance: Supervise cash/credit billing, process insurance documentation, and enforce transparent fee structures.
